MTA-U

The Minnesota Telecom Alliance offers training programs to meet the needs of its members.

In recognition of the need of telephone companies to keep abreast of our ever-changing industry, the MTA-U was created to help companies foster the professional development of managers, supervisors, and employees. Through the use of outside trainers and consultants, the MTA-U develops seminars ranging from technical skills to managerial issues.
