The Minnesota Telecom Alliance offers training programs to meet the needs of its members. Our Safety Program is a total safety, health, and environmental loss-control program designed specifically for Independent Telephone Companies.

In recognition of the need of telephone companies to keep abreast of our ever-changing industry, the MTA Education Program was created to help companies foster the professional development of managers, supervisors, and employees. Through the use of outside trainers and consultants, the Education Program develops seminars ranging from technical skills to managerial issues.
