Radisson Suite Hotel 404 W Germain St. Cloud, MN
56301. Room reservations may be made by calling
the hotel directly at 320.654.1661.
Parking:
There are a limited number of complimentary
parking spaces available in the Radisson portion
of the city ramp. Enter the “Radisson Patrons
Only” entrance of the parking ramp, take a blue
ticket and bring it to the hotel front desk for
validation for complimentary parking. Subject
to availability.
Schedule:
June 5th or 6th, 2008. The seminar runs from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with
an on-site networking lunch. The registration
table opens at 8:00 a.m.
Dress:
Business casual.
Materials:
Name badges and materials will be distributed
on-site. All information will be compiled into a
comprehensive notebook for your future
reference.
Invoicing:
Upon receipt of your registration, we will
invoice your company for the total number of
attendees. Please contact us by email or phone
218.495.2400 if you are not invoiced within one
week of your registrations.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation policy: Cancellations received by
June 1 will receive a full refund. After June 1,
we cannot issue refunds, due to hotel
commitments.
Registration:
$175 for MTA
Education Program Members; $225
for all other MTA members;
$275 for non-members.
