EXHIBITING OPTIONS

  • MTA Member Booth Rental Rate: $900 (includes two registrations)
  • Non-member Booth Rental Rate: $1,390 (includes two registrations)
    Note: Booth rental fee increases $150 after February 7, 2014

COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES

MTA will request your company exhibit/sponsor representatives’ names in February. A form will be sent to your exhibit contact person to submit your complimentary representative names (each booth includes to two registrations) and purchase additional representative registrations (if needed). Exhibitor pre-registration will end on March 07, 2014. After this date, any changes or additions will need to be made onsite and the appropriate registration fees will apply.

ACCOMODATIONS

The MTA room blocks at the Hyatt Regency and Millennium Hotel will open in January.

 

Cancellation
Written cancellation notice must be received via fax, mail, or email by February 7, 2014, to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after this date. If MTA cannot hold the Convention due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilitating other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid registrant/exhibitor will receive a copy of Convention handouts and any other materials that would have been distributed. Fixed Convention expenses will be paid from the pre-registration funds. Remaining funds will be refunded to pre-registrants/exhibitors. MTA is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants/exhibitors in connection with the Convention.

Booth Representatives
With written cancellation notice received by March 14, 2014, you will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative charge for your booth representatives. Cancellations of booth representatives after March 14 are non-refundable. Notices of cancellation must be faxed to the MTA office at 651-290-2266. No-shows will not receive refunds
