MTA is excited to announce the upcoming Customer Service Peer Group Conference. This is to be held April 19th & 20th at Arrowwod Resort & Conference Center in Alexandria, MN. This event is for any and all individuals who deal with customers in the telecommunication industry. This is a great opportunity to attend (or send your staff) for very little cost.

More information will be provided as the conference approaches.

Icebreaker – Carlos Creek Winery Tour & Wine Tasting

Winery tour, wine tasting and appetizers after the tour. Cost is $7 per person for wine tasting which includes a souvenir wine glass. Attendees are responsible for this fee which will be collected that night. Please indicate if you plan to participate in wine tasting. A shuttle bus will leave the hotel at 6:30 pm. Meet in the hotel lobby at 6:15 pm. The shuttle will return us to the hotel.

She traded her high heels for boots and briefcase for saddlebags, and now coaches women on how to ‘Obey Their Inner Rumble’ and helps small businesses shift into high gear using motorcycle references.
