Primary duties will include the following:
Develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, branding and promotions plans for Ace products and services.

Direct the public relations activities including, but not limited to, the Ace annual meeting, open houses, special events, community involvement, donations/sponsorships, and scholarships.

Oversee the Business Services Department in their service and sales of Ace business products and services.

Ensure compliance with all required customer notices. Work in conjunction with the Customer Service Supervisor to monitor compliance with and maintain tariffs.

Work with video programmers to secure new channels and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Develop marketing surveys to gather information pertinent to identifying the viability of proposed pricing, promotions and opportunity for increased sales.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or Public Relations plus 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Experience in telecommunications, digital or cable TV operations, or ISP operations.
