MTA is excited to announce the upcoming Customer Service Peer Group Conference. This is to be held October 28 & 29 at Jackpot Junction Casino in at Morton, MN. This event is for any and all individuals who deal with customers in the telecommunication industry. This is a great opportunity to attend (or send your staff) for very little cost.

“Navigating Conflict More Successfully”
Participants learn about typical patterns and dynamics related to conflict and ways to resolve it. Using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument®. Participants are able to understand their conflict style and recognize the conflict styles of others. Participants learn and practice ways to be more effective in situations where conflict is present.

Registration Cancellation Policy: With written cancellation notice received one week prior to the event, you will receive a refund, less $10 processing fee. Cancellations the week of the event are non-refundable. No-shows will not receive a refund.
